Refund policy

TECHNI ICE wants to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality and design of your purchase. We also understand that sometimes sizes may not be suitable, a design may not be suitable or the product is not suitable for your purpose.

Our 30 day refund or exchange policy is valid for 30 Days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please provide a copy of your order number along with your name, Address & phone number.

1. Send an email to support@techniice.com.au advising your intention to return your item
2. Mail your returned item to: 13 Tooyal Street, Frankston, Victoria, Australia, 3199 ATT: Returns & Refunds
3. Include a copy of your order along with your reason for returning your item

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Shipping :

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13 Tooyal St, Frankston, VIC, 3199, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
